TIPS OF THE WEEK
TOUGHEST GROUT CLEANER:
To clean heavily soiled grout combine the following in a pail or appropriate sized container:
2 parts Baking Soda
1 Part Borax
1 Part hot water
Mix well. Put on grout/floor area and scrub with a brush or grab your Sonic Scrubber and really get into those grout lines. You can thin the solution as needed with a little with more hot water. Get it too thin? Add a little more Baking Soda and Borax. It can't harm any color of grout.
Rinse well. You may need to rinse several times. Be sure to keep grout sealed to keep it clean and spot free. NEVER use a sponge mop on it, it pulls the dirty water into the grout lines. To keep the floor really clean, go to the HOME page and read about the amazing Act Natural Mop that uses nothing but water. No more buying cleaning products!!
